Yoga management in Bones, joints and muscle strains.

         


The modern stress, strains & demands of life have caused an alarming increasing bone, joint and muscle sprains. some of these pains are so excruciating and the radiation of pain in the limbs that makes life of patient very miserable.

        Irritation and worries saturate the body cells with toxins which is responsible for pain and discomfort.The brain cells produces a substance which is very much like morphine in its structure and helps the  person to withstand the pain. This is produces much more in those who have no stress and whose mind are at peace and this state is best possible through Yoga & Pranayam.

        Yoga and Pranayam provide greater tolerance, calmness, self confidence and tranquility. They also saturate the body cells  with Oxygen which is much needed for the congested organs and nerves tissues to relax. To understands its true significance you have to drive deep in the utter silence or your true being.

        Close your eyes , withdraw your senses, still the mind and silence the bulging thoughts, make the mind wave-less and merge deep into the supreme soul. No other science, except yoga teaches to disconnect the mind from sorrow, pain, frustration of life and teaches you to connect yourself with the supreme source of joy and happiness.

        Yoga causes harmony with body mind and soul. So practice it regularly make it as your daily routine.
